Maria Mastori lives in Athens serving the art of contemporary jewelry design.
Throughout the years, Mastori’s creations have been travelling around the world while participating in projects and being presented in museum exhibitions focusing in fashion and the arts. From London, Tokyo, Paris and New York, her creations are celebrated globally and supported by prestigious publications the likes of iD, Dazed & Confused, Wallpaper, Marie Claire, InStyle, and the Condé Nast publications.
Bold and Oversized, she is known for her rough approach and her specialty in combining contradictory and opposite materials. Mastori questions the boundaries of modernity with a flair for anything traditional. A true artisan!
Maria Mastori is also known for bespoke projects and collaborations with other artists and designers, the likes of Filep Motwary, Angelos Bratis, Yiorgos Eleftheriades.
In 2011 her collaboration film with Leo Siboni and Suzie Q, featuring garments by Filep Motwary received the young talent prize at the ASVOFF film festival, presented at the Centre Georges Pompidou in Paris.
